I’m with you. I think they said that the kid is 177 lbs. Skinny goalies don’t usually have a long shelf life. -

Flames finally giving Wolf a shot in goal in their final game. Hrudey and the rest of the broadcast crew gushing about him. Kid will likely end up in the AHL again next year, unless Flanes can dump Marky or Vladar. -

Amen to that. I’m spending a little bit of time on Calgary Puck since Monday. The agony is delicious. Nick Ritchie is a trivia answer to remember. 1. Who got traded for his brother this year? 2. Who was minding his own business on the Flames bench during the shootout when Sutter inexplicably chose him of Tofoli and Lindholm in the shootout with the season hanging in the balance? You would think that both Sutter and Treliving will both get canned. Many Flame fans fear that both of them will be back next year. Lol. -

They should care. The Steelers are meh, the Pirates suck, and now the Pens are circling the toilet bowl. They have their memories of past glory, but the future is not looking to bright. Habs have their 23 cups, but the fond memories fade. -

That whole situation made me realize how oblivious JB was. Tofoli, classy guy, proven pedigree vs Jake, goofy immature, pots a few goals in one season. Hmmmmm. Who to keep? And JB goes with Tuna JB sans clue. -

Minny with the huge w over the Avalanche to move into first place in the Central. Got the job done without Kaprizov in the lineup. -

Saw a lot of Akito when he played in the BCHL for the Grape Apes. Smooth cerebral defender with great puck moving skills. -

Hard for a guy to have a good plus minus when the goaltending sucks as enthusiastically as the beloved Reimer, Martin and various and sundry others. Injured Demko was no screaming hell either. I think if you factor out all the empty net goals against, Karlson’s +\- is not too shabby.
