Sorry to hear that you allow others to control you. I hope you recover soon.

We are the Borg...resistance is futile!  Do you make it a habit of posting such ridiculous, asinine comments! At least the guy has the balls to stand up for what he believes in.

Those who belittle people for voicing their opinion are really the ones who are controlled.

    Give the guy a break!

I think there's a big difference tho, in that the current really vicious SJW/PC attackers are a pretty small group and also really don't come from a base of power like in Germany e.g. I actually think what you're seeing out of Trump is a lot closer to what you fear. He openly attacks and tears down people, and dehumanizes them (his use if "dog" when describing people he doesn't like) and he has nearly 1/2 the US backing him. The SJW/PC police are a far smaller group, pretty much campus commies for the most part imo.

In today's world, size has nothing to do with the power these SJW wield. Through the use of social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc.., the virile attacks and influence of these people groups is magnified a thousand-fold. When 1% is able to wield so much power over the 99% that it leads to the attempted deplatforming, dehumanizing, and labeling of people like Trump, Alex Jones, Louis Farakhan, Paul Joseph Watson, Laura Loomer, Milo Yiannopoulos, Paul Nehlen etc.., it shows their roots go deeper than we think. I do agree that if you follow the roots, they go back and are nurtured by the campus commies of our colleges and universities - commies which are influencing the movers and shakers of the next generation.

Wielding this influence in conjunction with the global platform given them through Fake News, the MSM and other Internet sites, their total power and influence is one hundred times greater than that of Germany.  Whether its antisemitism or all those poor misguided SJW's, the cartoon below has it just about right....

    OK, call me crazy

    New Jersey Trades

Pavel Zacha, Ty Smith, Wayne Simmonds and their 2020 1st (unprotected)...………..Cap Out $7,250,000

    To Vancouver Canucks for

Quinn Hughes, Adan Gaudette and Louie Eriksson...……………………...Cap Out $7,800,000

New jersey does this to re-unite the Hughes Brother for the next 12 years. Hughes is a high first rounder that turned out. That has tremendous buying power.

    Vancouver does this and receives

#1...….Zacha, who is a great 2nd line center on a team that has Jack Hughes and Nico Hischier as their #1 and 2 centers. Zacha is on line for 42 points this year

He is a huge up grade over Gaudette

#2...….Ty Smith, is a great Offensive LHD prospect, who can run a power play, and play a regular shift. He has #1 upside

#3...…..2020 1st......New Jersey is currently in 29th place OA and even with the addition of Hughes, will be in top 10 draft position

#4...…..They get rid of Eriksson and the last 2 years  of his contract

I don't honestly think New Jersey would do this, but I am not sure Benning would do this either.  Canuck fans would go wild, in the short term, but Zacha would ease the pain and allow Vancouver to have a much heavier top end player. If Zacha reaches his ceiling, Vancouver has another 1st line centerman, which would allow Pettersson to move to wing, if need be, otherwise, they have the best young center group in the league.

The 2020 1st, gives Vancouver a very good chance at the best player in the draft, and certainly a very good player, regardless of their top 10 draft placement in a reportedly very deep top end of the draft.

You now have permission to beat on me. After bludgeoning me to death...….feel free to mention where my errors are.

where are you're errors??  your suggestion of trading Hughes!!! :frantic:

NEWS | Elias Pettersson on Being Named NHL's 1st Star of the Week

When asked about being named 1st star of the week, he says...."it's good, but the team is making me look good out there."

Gotta like Petey's maturity, he gives the team credit for the recognition and success he receives.  It show's he's got an authentic "team first" mentality. Hopefully it wears off on some of the other guys.

Lock him up, lock him up.....LONG TERM!!!  :emot-parrot:

You guys are a bunch of clowns.

    Conspiracy that

    Owner wont do this

    Blah blah blah

It's called depth mother&^@#ers... we have it now. If you have to pick between equal amounts of offense and defence (le vs sven) you pick defence. Sven, although you may like him more is equally or less useful than le.

First time I've read one of your posts.....

    Did he recently change it?

Im pretty sure his profile pic has been him in a Canucks uni for a long time.

Also on a side note, I wonder if dumping Goldy would change his opinion on coming here. I know they’re good friends.

I don't think so, but if it does I think Vasily Podkolzin may just change it back....
