^^^ no actually, they say it is going to snow alot.

5 CM OF SNOW IS EXPECTED OVER METRO VANCOUVER..THE FRASER VALLEY AND NORTHERN VANCOUVER ISLAND TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. 5 TO 15 CM OF SNOW IS EXPECTED OVER GREATER VICTORIA..THE SOUTHERN GULF ISLANDS AND EAST VANCOUVER ISLAND. THIS IS A WARNING THAT SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED OR OCCURRING IN THESE REGIONS. MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS..LISTEN FOR UPDATED STATEMENTS.

A DEVELOPING LOW IS FORECAST TO APPROACH THE SOUTH COAST TONIGHT AND MOVE ACROSS VANCOUVER ISLAND ON WEDNESDAY. THE SYSTEM WILL BRING PERIODS OF SNOW TO NORTHERN VANCOUVER ISLAND..EAST VANCOUVER ISLAND..GREATER VICTORIA..SOUTHERN GULF ISLANDS AND SECTIONS OF THE LOWER MAINLAND AND FRASER VALLEY BEGINNING THIS EVENING. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS UP TO 5 CM ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT WITH THE BULK OF THE SNOW ARRIVING ON WEDNESDAY. SNOW WILL TAPER TO A FEW FLURRIES ON THURSDAY MORNING. WIND CHILL VALUES BELOW MINUS 20 WILL REDEVELOP LATE WEDNESDAY AS COLD ARCTIC AIR OVER THE BRITISH COLUMBIA INTERIOR WILL REDEVELOP THROUGH THE VALLEYS AND INLETS PRODUCING STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS AND BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES FOR THE NORTH AND CENTRAL COASTS..FRASER VALLEY..HOWE SOUND..WHISTLER AND THE SUNSHINE COAST NEAR MAINLAND INLETS AND VALLEYS.

They always change it at this time of day, and its always wrong

Their computer screws it up and puts up the wrong forecast at night, for whatever reason

Trust me, its gonna snow tonight and all day tommorow, and they the Weather Network still has a snowfall warning up so right there you know that the new short term forecast is wrong

edit: a few snowflakes coming down here in North Delta now
