My goal with the draft, Free Agents and re-ratings is to try and make everyone competitive. I want every division to be a complete war all the way through the season. Every playoff spot; hard to keep. You will not be getting newly drafted prospects overalls for the first season(or part of) It will be up to you guys to experiment and find out who fits where for the first season; consider it a "Getting to know you" process.
