EternalCanuckFan Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 Someone mentioned that Backstrom's crosscheck to Peverley's head was largely a result of the Bruins' targeting of Backstrom's head all night. I'm not saying that should factor into Backstrom's suspension but I do think it shows a problem: why should players get away with targeting a player's head during a game - even if it's those stupid rabbit punches like Marchand did to Daniel last year?
