Tangelos
That just makes Larsson that much more valuable to trade..... An 84 overall 19 year old on the Devils??? He'll be OTB as soon as the game releases........

Tangelos
west ratings released: http://sports.yahoo....03847--nhl.html How Kopitar is only an 86 is beyond me. And you can tell EA is from Vancouver with those biased canucks ratings. Edler an 88??
coleman26
Going over my team with the OVRs posted, and I gotta say, if I had to bet on which of Faulk and Gudbranson would have been considered 'NHL Ready' instead of 'Development Project', I would have bet the farm on it being Gudbranson. His potential better be very high to compensate for a 75! Rating. Again, Faulk, 84, Gudbranson, 75.

Tangelos
I know Vancouver is the weed capital of Canada, but seriously EA employees, smoke some dope after you clock out. Cam Fowler (best d-man under 22) a 77!! What a slap in the face! EA was extremely generous with the Canadians and took a huge dump on my panthers. coleman26
Fowler as the best d-man under 22 is a pretty questionable statement. Past that, I'd also say he's almost certainly going to get the highest of potential. Defense don't hit their peak until 30. He's 9 years away from being the best he can be. 77 make sense, especially compared to those in the same class. Gudbranson is 75. Ryan Ellis is 72. Roman Josi is 73. They're obviously trying to delay their development so that they're not super-elite from 24 to 35. Victor Hedman is 21, I probably should have bothered to check that originally. Fowler is very, very good though, that wasn't the point I was trying to make.
coleman26
Also, I'm falling over laughing. Those of you who traded with me, or tried to, knows I'd have given up Mark Olver (83? OVR) for nothing, but probably wouldn't have taken a Toronto-level-moronic deal for Ryan O'Reilly (82) Nicely done, EA. Mark Olver is currently better than Ryan O'Reilly. coleman26
Eh. If you want to offer me 5 firsts and 2 seconds for him, I'll listen. Olver being a mistake sounds a lot more plausible than Olver being an 83, even if he's fully developed.

Hamhuis2
O'Reilly better have some pretty nice potential if he is only a 82 after leading the Av's in points as a 20 year old... Same with Fowler. On a similar note I have both of them on my team :
