Provost Posted March 6, 2013 Share Posted March 6, 2013 Just heard on Team 1040 that his twins were born at 29 weeks and around 2.5lbs. I am amazed that the dude is playing (and playing well)... no way I could imagine doing that. Babies born that premature have big risks for complications... especially if as reported it happened suddenly (they have ways to mature things like lungs if they have a couple of days notice). They will be in the NICU for a couple of months at least. I really hope his wife has some family around to help out and support. I feel for the guy, we thought our twins were coming at 30 weeks and had to go through all the issues involved (they are still inside at 35 weeks).
