Royals123423 Posted June 29, 2014 Author Share Posted June 29, 2014 Collective Bargaining Agreement Article 1:Salary Cap Salary Cap 2014-2015 Ceiling: 75.6M Floor: 55.1M Article 2:Trades When trading a player with an NTC/NMC, Contact the Player Agent as to why they should Waive. All trades can be Vetoed by me if they are deemed to be an EXTREMELY unfair trade. Once the trade is sent in to the Commissioner, you cannot opt out of the trade. To confirm a trade, contact me with your trading partner. You can retain up to 50% of the players contract. If you are actively shopping a player or are interested in a player, contact me and I will put it In the 'Rumours Section'. Article 3:Waivers All players must be designated to the AHL before October 1st. All 1-Way players must be sent down after October 1st. Article 4:Free Agency Any players not drafted become FA's and can be signed after the fantasy draft. Article 5:Contract Renewal Contact the commissioner and the Player Agent stating why the player should take that deal. Include: $/Year, Duration, 1/2 Way, NTC/NMC? Article 6:Player Relations Each Team cannot have 2 Starting goalies. They may also cannot have say a 1st line player on the 3rd/4th line or a 2nd line player on the 4th line. Centers cannot play wing. Also, A top-2 Defenseman cannot play Bottom 2. If any of these things happen you have 48 hours to trade the player or he will be suspended. Article 7:Entry Draft The IFL Entry draft is 3 rounds long. The entry draft starts in the 2015 season. All undrafted players become free agents. Article 8:Fantasy Draft The fantasy draft will be 30 rounds long. the time limits are as follows 1st-10th round~12 Hours per pick 11th-20th~8 Hours per pick 21st-30th~5 Hours per pick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
