No ‘rainbow families’: Canadian fertility clinic bans patient from using non-white donor

It's actually not...this is a relatively new policy created by pro-minority rights advocates. The idea is that a white woman won't be able to give the proper support to a baby of colour. Colour goes deeper than skin.

So the idea is that if you have, for instance, a black baby, regardless of how you raise them, a racist world will treat them as black.

A white woman won't be able to experience the same thing and will be incapable of raising the baby.

It stems from a series of court cases where parents who were not white were granted custody as they could better understand what their non-white children would experience in society.

what if her husband is black? and they want a black baby but his little soldiers don't work? they go to the clinic and they say no?

i think it would be pretty bad practice to let single women use the service anyways so it isn't just them raising the child.. im so confused.

Honestly, the people who think up these legal arguments rarely think them through. But to those saying...this must be some archaic practice run amok..no it's actually neo-liberalism.

Single women can get sperm donors btw. Nothing to stop them.
