Might be less pressure for Gaunce and Virtanen later in the season (compared to at the beginning of the season). Would love to see an opening day forward line-up of: Sedin/Sedin/Hansen or Loui Beartschi/Horvat/Eriksson or Rodin Burrows/Sutter/Rodin or Hansen Etem/Granlund/Dorsett Skille (perfect 13th forward, can play a variety of roles, without sacrificing development time i.e. Gaunce or Virtanen) By mid-season maybe: Dank-Hank-LouiBaertschi-Horvat-RodinGaunce-Sutter-Hansen/VirtanenEtem-Granlund-Virtanen/Hansen Younger, quicker line-up for the stretch run Sub Rendulic for Skille (by a hair play wise but much younger) and I'm buying your lineup for forwards. I agree with respect to skill and age but I don't think Rendulic has to clear waivers...if he going to sit in the press box (i.e. is the 13th forward) probably better he gets reps in the AHL - he has room to improve, Skille is what he is...better Skille sitting in the press box rather than Rendulic
sedinery55
I think that Gaunce deserves to be in the lineup more than Etem, but what do I know.
