Along with the "weak draft" it is definitely a sellers market, especially for defencemen. Ive seen a lot of Tanev to buff proposals so I'll piggyback off that Tanev for buff 1st Edler + our 2nd for Winn 1st (Winnipeg needs to do something this season to save people's jobs I feel) sign kulikov and franson to 1 year show me deals. Kulikov had an off year and needs a serious rebound. 2018 deadline both kulikov, franson and maybe others for more picks. 3 picks in the top 15 this year including a possible top 2(please god!) next year be in the dahlin sweepstakes with a boatload of extra picks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RetroCanuck Posted April 25, 2017 Share Posted April 25, 2017 I personally think we can get a little more for Tanev and pay less regarding the Edler trade considering wed be only moving up about 15spots Tanev for Buff 1st+ 2018 3rd Edler+2nd for Winn 1st+prospect(B+) I like the idea of trading and signing show me/reclamation UFA D. If we pulled something off like this we could end day 1 with 2 top forwards and a top D.
