Demko continues to suck Lol my season is done if he keeps this up

You have to earn it to be on PP1. It’s always the same argument with Boeser. Oh, he is injured, oh give him time. His wrist, his hands, his back. Whatever… it’s pretty clear at this point he is not in our top 6 plans. He can’t play bottom 6 either. Fans can love him all they want but we wanna win a Stanley cup here. This is not a tv show for fans to choose their favorites based on looks or character.

I don’t know what you have seen from Boeser. Lol. He doesn’t even pass the eye test. He is slow, can’t forecheck, no speed, no vision. The only asset is his shot and his shot has not been seen for 2 years now. Injuries screwed him. But does it matter what the reason is anymore? He is paid millions to do a freaking job and he is not doing it. It’s as simple as that period. He is worse than Pearson and Pearson earns 1/3 of his salary. Let that sink in a bit.

I am sorry. But Miller had a 100 point season and Boeser has been trash for two full seasons and counting. It’s not the same. They are different level players. Boeser at his best is a 25 goal scorer but he has been hampered by injuries. I doubt he can even go back to 20 goals but he might. In any event, he can not be earning 6 million.

This would be a great scenario. With Boeser we all know what’s up. He won’t find his game again. As long as someone picks up his cap hit this is all good

I think you are correct here. These newbie GMs have no idea who Boeser is. Signed him based on his rookie season performance and now we are screwed and stuck with him for 3 more years.

Hoglander has looked fine to me. Atleast he makes plays altho he has no finish.

Miller out for 3/4 months by the looks of it. Broken ankle, 8 weeks just to walk again. This is the season boys

The fact that the new management is the same as benning means they are worse. All these past mistakes for them to look at and they are still repeating them. No excuse anymore

The whole game we were hemmed in our zone. No push no offensive pressure nothing. How can it get so bad? I don’t think I have ever seen a sport team performance this bad.

Look. JR and co spent energy on the front office stuff. Doesn’t make sense. All they wanted to do was to hire their “own” people. There were some guys who were in Vancouver for like years and were considered good at their trades. Nope - all out to make drama and create this new image. What new image are we getting now? The worst team in the league it is. And how about the trainers? There were talks about how injury prone these guys are in the benning regime. Two weeks in, everyone on the team is injured. What improvement did we make? the hire of AR was also NOT based on merit. It’s an old school “hey bro you want a job kind of hiring” They wasted 2 months to interview candidates knowing they were gonna pick Alvin anyways. Like come on, stop putting on a show to make us think you are actually interviewing people. No body called this out? I don’t get it. In today’s culture this is the exact thing that gets called out but nobody said anything because we were led to believe how godly this JR person is and how he was going to fix the team in no time with whomever he chooses. Nope, didn’t happen. Shit show. The problem was the coaching and the players. Benning did a shit job but some of his mistakes were also circumstantial. We all thought JR won’t repeat the same mistakes? Nope, goes out and get Mikheyev for 4 million and resigned Boeser for 6 million and spent $0 on defense. What does that tell ya? All they had to do was literally just to dump some money. Ok that didn’t work, fine. But why the helm did you add? Like freaking mikheyev is fine but he is a 2.8 million player. Boeser is a 1 million player. Yet here we are again, 10 million locked up on two mediocre average players. Now don’t even get me started on Boeser. The most overrated player in Canucks history by far. If his name is not Boeser he would not even have an ahl contract. This is the type of thing that we needed the new regime to do. But guess what, here we are again. 6/7 years later we will be here talking about a new management group to fix all the past mistakes.

They promised to change it or do things their way. All talk. First signed a useless Boeser to 6 million. Signed mikheyev and did not upgrade freaking defense. Guess what? You let Boeser walk and not sign freakin mikheyev you have 10 million to sign a freaking klingberg who you can flip at the TDL.

This is it guys. The new regime is officially worse than benning. We had some ok years atleast under benning. I mean, we won some games and hung in thereZ JR and PA have done zero. Nada. Nothing. Negative. They suck and are just all talk and nothing else. I hope they get sacked immediately. Boudreau is a good coach but look at that friggin defense.
