I think people are getting things confused. Jake Virtanen going out with some friends should not be criticized. Jake Virtanen the 5th overall pick should. With what one can assume is a healthy Michael Ferland coming back into the fold Jake should be worried about his roster spot more then ever. You would hope he's going all out trying to get better. Well see.

Miller Pettersson Boeser 1. One of the top lines in the league when the played together. Eye test and data approved. Pearson Horvat Toffoli 2. Previous chemistry with both Toffoli and Pearson, and Pearson and Horvat. Toffoli brings both offence and defence. Roussel Gaudette Virtanen 3. This line started clicking late last season. All three can skate and play hard. Elements that bode favourly to the playoffs. Ferland Beagle Sutter 4. Sutter and Beagle are needed for the centre positions for the pk and face-offs. Ferland is the toughest player if he can go. 5. Extras (Offensive player) Leivo, Macewen, Eriksson, Motte (Defensive player) Leivo, Motte, Macewen, Eriksson Edler Myers 1. Were a dominant defensive pairing at the beginning of season. Play trailed after. Time off will benefit both players. Hughes Tanev 2. Hughes and Tanev were probably best defensive pairing all year round. Will need to be in playoffs. Benn Stetcher 3. Regular season would go Fantenberg but Benn is more suited for playoffs. Fantenberg is first in in case of injury. Markstrom 1. Self explanatory Demko

He doesn't have to be. Dude hits like a truck. Perfect player for a bottom role with potential to move up in your lineup. Was low key hoping Canucks were going to get him.

Yeah for sure. This is icing your best possible lineup though. I'm sure it won't be too long before someone is hurt again.

Erickson sits for Ferland. Then Beagle for Leivo moving Sutter to centre. Schaller to minors.

He most likely has already been told he is being the Captain this year. Hence all the questions and wink wink about it. Bo will be a great captain and it takes a little pressure off of both Petey and Brock to not have to be the face after losses. Petey is passionate and will be a great leader in his own right but sometimes composure is what you're looking for in a leader. Bo has that in spades. Brock seems more of a quiet leader and maybe more comfortable away from the limelight. This is splitting hairs but Bo also has that much more experience then the other two and that can help with some of the more veteran players in the room.

I would really be down for it if it came in the 3 years 4 million range. He can play up and down in your lineup with some offensive punch and a motor that won't quit. By far the most physical player if he came. If he costs more then that then no. Although seems like maybe he may be the man without a chair right now.

I like following Biech, Harman, and Cam. (Although I find Biech's constant back patting on the most obvious of arguments super annoying.) Also really dislike I Mac and Walker.

It was a bad trade that resulted in a good player.

Not gonna lie I love them man. Big fan. We don't need anymore new logos. The striping on the stick in rink logo is weird but still I like them.

Botch was my absolute favourite sports writer. He was such a troll at times and I loved it. He was a tough critic for sure but with homer's like Mcintyre you needed a little salt to balance with that sugar. Super sad for his family and gone way too young. He did leave a group of up and comers who have grown because of Botch. Ryan Biech and Cam are both Botch guys. I will miss the Athletiies I read every one this year. Big reason I became a VIP. Hopefully they keep going with the Athletties with Brough and such. Rip Botch gonna miss you.

Kirby Dach please. That guy is huge and silky smooth. Can play the wing. Watch his highlights. Kid is high end.
