Canuckk
I Pmed Canuckk did he give you my offer? I also PMed Canuckk my offers. Did he get them too? I got all of your offers, I'm working on getting things organized and preparing counter-offers and such for all. Like I said though, this won't be an instantaneous process, the big names will be weighing their options and countering offers before making decisions. I will be posting a list of all the free agents available from Montreal, Philly and Toronto shortly for convenience. Remember that offers can be PMed to either myself or Mike Vanderoek (but not both). At this point though, Mike may be faster at replying, as I'm still swamped with work right now. But I'm trying my best to stay on top of things.

Canuckk
So the original intended site to be used for reference for Injured Reserve seems to no longer be working the way I'd hoped. So we're switching resources. The new link is here.

The Sabres are very excited to add Colby to our defense corps. He is a young defenseman with a ton of upside, and we easily see him developing into a top-4 NHL defenseman one day. L.R.1
Tough one.... Id say go for Doughty, hes younger and has a better supporting cast. IMO
Canuckk
So, cap is gonna stay the same still? Wouldn't the cap like have to go up because of all of these quality players left now My current plan is to keep the cap the same, but I suppose with 3 more teams folding and some very good UFAs being available, it would be worth considering increasing the cap. Maybe I'll do a vote on that to see whether everyone wants a cap increase or not. But part of the game is cap management, and there are certain teams that have ridiculous amounts of cap space right now. So we'll see.
Canuckk
HIRING: Brunners has been hired as the third and final Agent for the Fantasy GM Pool. Teams may now send him, as well as Mike Vanderhoek and myself, contract offers and trade confirmations. Also, to clear something up here, please only negotiate with ONE agent for a certain player. If you attempt to receive a counter-offer in negotiations from multiple agents on one player, your team may be fined or disciplined. It is entirely up to you which agent you can negotiate with, but please choose one and stick with that agent for all negotiations involving that player. Canuckk
Patrik Kaleta has cleared waivers (didn't notice this for a while, sorry) and may now be assigned to Anaheim's minor league affiliate.
Canuckk
For teams that have unsigned prospects, remember that until you choose to return them to their junior league team, they will occupy roster spots on your teams' minor league affiliate (albeit with no cap hit). It may be wise for you to send them back to junior to save roster spots. This also applies to prospects who are already under contract (on ELCs) - you have until October 31st to return eligible prospects to their junior team and in doing so, extend their ELC by one year (just like the real NHL). Teams should take this option into consideration.
