Guest Dasein
Like I said, hold your horses until you see him in NCAA competition, not against a Canadian university. 0 SOG and 0 points in a 4-3 loss. He was the only minus player on the team last night with -1. First game so obviously McNally probably had some jitters, and obviously I'm not going to judge him based on one game--especially since it's the first game of his NCAA career. Still remains to be seen whether McNally's defensive game is good or not. It's up to him to prove that it is, because high school hockey is not the same thing as NCAA, as McNally probably found out last night.
avelanch
he was even on the night today in a 2-2 tie with Quinnipiac. still no shots on net (lots of attempts that go wide or blocked though, so he's trying). 8 players were a minus today for harvard, Patrick was not one of them (the only goal he was on for was harvard's PPG) next game is next friday. Canvoucer Vanuck
Haha I always wonder if prospects who play against one another in junior/college go out of their way to say hi to the guys they attended summer camp with.

avelanch
that's 4 points (2G 2A) in the last 3 games, and 4 points in 6 games this year. that was a pretty short adjustment period. Also: Pat's tied for second in team scoring with 2 goals (1 behind the leader) and points with 4 (leader has 6) and is second in points by defensemen (he has the same number of goals as the leading defenseman). he's also tied for 20th in points by a defenseman in the ECAC, and harvard's played the fewest games of all the teams (some teams have played 13 games already, so it's not exactly a fair comparison right now). With 0.7 PPG he's sitting tied for 5th in ppg for d-men
Rollieo Del Fuego
Thanks for the quick stat pack, nice run down of how is progressing. Here'e hoping he can run with the momentum he has for awhile. A point a game D man would look good on our defense in a few years.

avelanch
apparently McNalley's goal against st. alurence was a beaut: McNally scored first, barely five minutes into the game, on the power play. He picked up the puck from Biega in his own end, carried to the SLU zone, weaved through the defense and beat Weninger with a backhand shot. http://www.gocrimson.com/sports/mice/2011-12/releases/20111119mbsoss looking for video still. avelanch
Not sure if he will get in trouble, but he did get a 10 minute misconduct and a game misconduct at the end of the game. i'm sure it had something to do with the other steam's spearing major and game misconduct halfway through the second. but that's only a guess. avelanch
McNally was in the game yesterday, so that 10 min at the end last game was probably nothing. Yesterday McNally had 2 assists and was even on the night in a 7-6 win over new hampshire. that puts him at 6 points in 7 games, and 6 in the last 4 games. he's tied for 8th in points by a d-man in the ECAC, and 5th for ppg by a d-man with .857 still waiting on highlights for last 2 games. it probably won't be until next week (after the break) if at all next game on friday. avelanch
6 points in 8 games... 26 PIM. Also currently 4th in team scoring. 20 of those 26 came at the 20:00 mark of the 3rd period (after the final horn sounded). he got 10 and a game for something... not sure what though. so he really only has 6 in game PIM.
