Bodee Posted April 8, 2012 Share Posted April 8, 2012 While I'm not really worried if Ballard fights again or not, it should be noted that the brain does heal itself in time so although I would hope NOT to see him fight when he comes back in the playoffs, he should be fine next season. The great thing about Ballard was not his fighting but his classy play and what he brought to the 3rd line D when partnered with CT. Great video. I agree the music is appropriate. My only wee grumble is perhaps the Ballard fight goes on too long for that style of video. A glimpse of the fight would have done the trick just as well. I was at that game when Ballard fought, miss him. I get chills when I see these and (what a sop) actually teary eyed. This team (and the fans who've hung in there) deserve this more than anything. This is our year, guys. It's just got to be. Earlier today someone reminded of my favourite intro from the playoffs last year. As painful as it is, this intro from Matt Good gets my PUMPED and so emotional.
