Canucks vs Canadiens Movember challenge results

12 posts in this topic

so on the canucks front page it says the canucks won the challenge which is great but i was just wondering if it was just for show. did we actually win or was 2 versions of the video made one with the canucks winning and one with the canadiens winning? anyways good job to everyone who donated and if we did truly win an even better job. canucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so it turns out we truly did win the challenge. canucks supporters raised $6,437 to beat the canadiens supporters, but the true winners are the people who will benefit from all the money we raised. congrats to everyone who donated and sported a mustache for movember, good things like this are always awesome. now we have to get the NHLPA and the owners to stop arguing about how much money they need. the fact is the money we raised is nothing compared to the players salaries and i dont see most of them supporting charities or causes. its sickening really. but anyways good job to everyone

Good job fans. I started out with Mo', around 23rd, just couldn't handle the not impressive stache I was representing so had to get rid of it.

wasnt the bet worded as the losing team's mascot gets to WEAR the other teams sweater? the video only shows Youppi holding it up..

Overall, Canada won Movember, raising well over $5 million. Still the best country to live in!
