The old games look so different from the new ones, and the game play were so different. Although it's kind of annoying that they make a new one each year.

Why people read signatures:
  • It is an acceptable way to stare at women.
  • Allows people to have a counter-argument by insulting what is in a persons signature (pooh-pooh fallacy).
  • Allows people to show that they like a man and they put colourful things around the picture of a man(usually a hockey player :P).
  • To watch a funny GIF or a funny pic.
  • Funny Quote or Saying
So I have no clue why are you reading my signature!

That was pretty sophisticated at the time. If you really want a blast from the past you should check out Ice Hockey by Activision, for the Atari 2600.

You laugh, but I owned that game as a kid. It may look cheesy now, but we thought it was awesome!

Yeah that is a much better picture of the change. It looks like 2001 was the year that the graphics started to look somewhat realistic. How different was the gameplay from 1997?

It pisses me off they stopped making them for PC. Thanks to all the a$$holes that ruined it for everyone else by pirating. Same with the EHM franchise; instead of purchasing the product legally people decided to go and pirate the game and ruin the series.

This was the first "real" hockey game, other than Pong versions, on a home console. It was the first game I ever bought with my own money! Yes, this came out BEFORE Activision's Ice Hockey.
