Next year we need to get rid of some dead weight,a total rebuild might be in the works. Booth the entire 3rd and 4th line, and hate to say it but Kessler may have to go. Guest Dasein Posted April 28, 2013 Share Posted April 28, 2013 Still not quite sure why we are labelled as chokers since the lockout? 2006 - Don't remember but our team was not a contender at this point 2007 - Lost to eventual Cup champions who we had no business being in the series if it wasn't for Luongo 2008 - Missed the playoffs 2009 - Lost to Chicago, who was seeded lower, but had more points than us 2010 - Lost to Chicago again, who went on to win the Stanley Cup 2011 - Lost to Boston in game 7 - a year we were supposed to win, but with all the injuries, it was predictable 2012 - Lost to LA in 5 - 8th seed that went on to lose only 3 more games on their way to winning the Stanley Cup Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

elvis15 Posted April 28, 2013 Share Posted April 28, 2013 IIRC from the 2011 WCF thread, it was pointed out to them ad infinitum that each time they posted something about choking they opened themselves up for ridicule. The same will happen again in this new thread they've created. People should remember the Sharks fans do this in mostly good sport, meant to poke fun but not go over the line to be aggressive or insulting. They know (and encourage) fans from other teams will join, so long as they're respectful as well. If any of you wants to post an image, go for it, just remember to be respectful since it's their board. They encourage photoshops you've made rather than something you pulled off of Google images. If your someone who is offended they would post such a thing and overreacts (as I've seen a fair amount of in this thread) then don't bother posting anything on there.
