dang, i wanted to buy some tesla stock later this year. now they may go private.

Their financials do not support a price of $420/share. That's an $80 Billion valuation. Where is Musk going to come up with that kind of cash? Wall St. absolutely hates his guts and the games he plays. He claims funding is secured. I call BS. This I suspect is just another of his games to mess with short sellers.
Now if he doesn't take it over he's going to have a regulatory nightmare on his hands. Eventually the SEC is going to string this idiot up.
