    Jagr is 47 today, crazy he was still in the league soo recently.

      Do you think it's more impressive for Howe to have played at age--what was it?--52 in the early '80s NHL, or do you think it's more impressive for Jagr to have played at his age in the modern league?

       

      I'm inclined to think Jagr has the edge here with what the conditioning, etc. is like today, but it could be an interesting discussion.

      gordie howe played in a game for hartford whalers with his 2 sons when he was 50. they say he was slow but played effective by playing smart.
