STOP THIS MADNESS!
It's something that needs to play out, better to be thought stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
CHILL.

I'm intrigued by Bear, will reserve any kind of judgement on this trade until the new year.

I hate the Garland scratch.
Trade value dips, as opposing GMs can point to it.
Bruce is walking a thin line.
No worries though, we're al going to go streaking in the rain!

Fair enough ref, but he can take care of himself. Talk to a mod if you want to interject.

yes, crosby could be #3. even possibly #2. i dont think we have ever seen a complete player like him before
as for tonights game, hopefully they dont spend the whole game trying to set up boeser. That is a sure-fire recipe for a loss.
You just wont quit on Boes eh. Hair loss problems?
Nah, jk. I like to recognize you as a poser with a stolen valor name though.

I've used three pickups already. One to backpedal from my Landeskog gamble and the other to replace Vrana.
Out: Landeskog and Vrana.
In: Kempe and Laine.
Pray for me..
Will do buddy. You're savvy as can be. Cheers.

Here's my rant:
Fines should be a meaningful % of player salary otherwise it's a joke and absolutely ZERO deterrent for future infractions.
Accumulations of fines should result in automatic suspensions regardless if the infraction already had a suspension connected to it or not.
If the NHL/NHLPA truly believed in player safety they would agree to the aforementioned changes to the 'CBA' instead of protecting player's salaries over and above actual safety.
Rant over.
Like in Finland, and possibly other Nordic countries, the fine is proportional to the perpetrators income.
I like your notion Fanuck

Life long Canucks fan in my 30’s. Only have one jersey. Kevin Bieksa. A Christmas gift from a passed mother. Juice is the man and one of my all time favourite Canucks. Good news
Oh man, what a precious gift.
All the best to you! I still have a Canucks colored blanket that my dearly departed Mom sewed for me.

So. Your/my bank charges a fee for having the card. they also charge a transaction fee. The person you purchase from charges a transaction fee. if you use a small business that utilizes something like square there is another transaction fee. This is before taxes and of course your annual fee or monthly per card.
It adds up.
OK, thanks for the response.
I co-operate a small business on the island. We manufacture lumber. Are the fees you cite here automatic or are some of them optional? (I work with and for an older gentleman that understands none of this)
I'll have to look into what Square is.

Keeping with tradition, I predict 4-3 Van (OT)

I will pay cash now. For almost everything. I will set up potential cash based layaway programs with local businesses I utilize. With fees etc from this as well as duties from banks and electronic fees I am paying almost $7 per transaction for every $100 spent. BEFORE taxes. Just for using a gd visa/MC/Debit
Literally no excuses for this in a digital age where your information is handled in seconds without human hands ever being needed. No overhead needed no salaries etc.
This is pure greed and will amount to just more of the cost passed to the consumer no matter what
This is incredible. I thought it was 4%. I really need to care more about the books.

As a rule, I try to pay cash at Mom and Pop shops, hoping it helps.
At box stores it's CC. I feel now like I'm being problematic? So confused.

Brutal, sheltered minutes in 2nd tier Euro?

The problem with signing a 'team friendly' deal, due to low state taxes is they can still trade your ass to a high tax team and leave you feeling completely hosed.
Anyone that signs a team friendly deal, without securing a NTC, is being very, very naive.
Yep. Heartless city overall. With that tag, Hague worth 1st+
EDIT: Just to add, Coghlan (added to Pacc in CAR) is the gem in the deal.

I'm a little bit mad at this cap hit! $2.3 for Hague is like half price.
