    If the NHL/NHLPA truly believed in player safety they would agree to the aforementioned changes to the 'CBA' instead of protecting player's salaries over and above actual safety.

    Like in Finland, and possibly other Nordic countries, the fine is proportional to the perpetrators income.

    I co-operate a small business on the island. We manufacture lumber. Are the fees you cite here automatic or are some of them optional? (I work with and for an older gentleman that understands none of this)

    EDIT: Just to add, Coghlan (added to Pacc in CAR) is the gem in the deal.
