  1. You mean the merseyside derby? I thought you were a united "fan".
  2. One more loss and I won't have to listen to Jay "fans" everywhere I go that have no idea about baseball. Get out the brooms!
  3. *facepalm* I agree, Ibra should have known no one for United would be making a run for the back post since they were all too busy ensuring the bus didn't lose its shape.
  4. It's the truth, it's not hard to believe. The title champion is usually a strong team, who gets an easier opening match. Throw in draws and it's not a shocker.
  5. Scummy move, I assume when they check your card it shows what type of card it is.
  6. There are self centered aholes in all walks of life in a variety of positions. I will say that there is obviously a lot of very wealthy a holes. Like every group of people it's all about the company you choose.
  7. Many people want to keep busy, and make a difference. Difference of opinion I suppose! Most extremely successful people would disagree with this. Look at most multi millionaires and billionaires that work as much once they achieve that level as before. I do agree with you the average person who walks into a large sum of money will not work as much (or at all) at least at the start.
  8. Yes, I would have still applied for various reasons. One of them being I truly believe what my company is doing. I don't have to "work" for a living it's a choice I make. I could quit my job tomorrow and have no worries. I see what you mean and I agree to some extent. If it's your family well being or a corporation almost everyone is going to chose their family. I just think stating that the primary reason most people work specific jobs is for money is off base.
  9. Not at all, I love the company I work for. While I want to make a good living and progress I genuinely want the company to do well. Your way of looking at this situation is quite cynical.
  10. I know quite a few of the guys/girls on this card... All nice people. I still don't get the hype wrestling has with anyone outside the 10-14 year old demographic.
  11. Not sure if you're talking about Liverpool or United ...
  12. They did an incredible job parking the bus and capitalizing on their couple chances. They outworked England most of the match as well. England refused to play it wide.
  13. Rooney was also trash. Should have been subbed much earlier, and bring on Jack Wilshere? Ugh
  14. I don't think Scotland supporters are aware of that fact.
  15. Joe hart should take Messi's lead and retire from International football as well.
  16. When you can't make it yourself you may as well cheer for another team to lose.
  17. I dislike both Messi and Ronaldo... Your homerism is on the topic is painful. Oh and that dive, worse I have seen in a long time... wait never mind I watched a Euro match last night.
  18. I wouldn't be surprised to see him back with the National team. I think he'll be back for the WC in Russia. I don't blame him for retiring from International if he doesn't play again for Argentina though.
  19. Apparently I quoted the wrong person, so meh... It happens ;).
  20. He has had so many chances to score this tournament and hasn't. He has been an embarrassment.
  21. The handful of sweater alone should have been a penalty. Italy is painful to watch to be honest.
  22. Don't forget the missed penalty in the last seconds of the game. i missed the first half but was not impressed with either team in the second.
