  1. Does "Future considerations" mean you give the other team nothing in a trade?

      Yes. There are "future considerations" to be considered for a potential future trade. Rarely happens anymore. Used to be a lot more common in the 2000's.

      Usually the framework surrounding the considerations was written into the deal, but yeah, at the time of the trade nothing moved but the one player in one direction. Used to be money or picks, but it could never be a player to be named later.

      Yes.  The one GM has to kiss the other GM full on the lips at the next draft day.  Tongue is optional.
