    It's pretty simple.

    If Boston gets preferential treatment, that means that 29 other teams are being left out. Since the NHL BOG are made up of representatives from all 30 teams, are they just sitting back and letting this happen?

    What about sheriff Shanny? He had to be in on the scam if the Bruins were getting preferred treatment when it comes to supplementary discipline. So what now that he's President of the Leafs? Did he go into Bettman's office on the way out and say "Hey Gary! Tell JJ the deal's off, or I go to the papers!"?

    What about all the officials that also have to be in on the fix? Are they all afraid for their jobs, if they expose the league? What about the ones that retire? Are they getting hush money?

    Honestly, the whole "league is conspiring to help Boston" thing is ridiculous.

    And spare me the whole "It has nothing to do with 2011" garbage. Plenty of teams are as bad or worse than Boston. Philly, for example. Or how about Ottawa?

    Two years ago, the Sens saw what the Kings had done to Vancouver in the playoffs and came into town and ran the Sedins at every opportunity. Neil and Foligno especially were in the twins' kitchens all night. But nobody talks about what "classless goons" Ottawa is, because up until the Heritage Classic, they had never beaten the Canucks in a meaningful game.

    Finally: In a couple of years, I'll be enterng my 5th decade as a hockey player. There's absolutely nothing that you can teach me about this game. I could teach you, if you'd care to listen.

    I agree with u rupert and im going for the habs! And hate boston!

    I mean like wouldnt a player have come out by now and complained about this? Why sign in Montreal with a good team when u can sign in boston with a good team AND favortiem of the refs and league??

    Im suprised but im not i think pitts is overated

    Good job tangelos for the prediction when the series was 3-1 might ask yur prediction in the next rond haha

    As for the rags i was against then cause the whole av thing and i wanted him fired when he was here but now i not sure why im kinda rooting for him. I think hes a good coach but his time expired here and he needed to go and the team needed to move on u know what i mean? Good luck av

    Not exactly defending them, just poking fun at all the hypocrites on CDC. I'm not a Bruins fan AT ALL. I just hate the Habs and their fans and I cheer for whoever plays them. I can't wait until they're out of the playoffs.

    The foolish ones are the posters who think it's funny what MTL did at the end of the game while they know damn well they'd chirp the Bruins if they did that at the end of game 5.

    last i saw they were chucking crap on the ice with both montreal players and boston players

    i don't get all pissy about Boston like the rest of you do the way the fans chuck coke and towels on the ice during a game is pathetic and classless

    But u gotta admit chara and lucic deserve garbage thrown on them

    Kind of like a garbage bin deserves garbage thrown on it
