  1. If he does leave, not saying he will just hypothetically speaking.
  2. I love demko as a player, but if he signs elsewhere I'm getting the jersey of the team he signs with. On that jersey will have his number and the name will be JUDAS.
  3. No thank you. We don't need him. We have a very good young core of homegrown players coming in whom will fill the void left by expiring FA. Aaron Judge is a monster
  4. Well there is a chance if Mathews gets drafted by Edmonton that he demands a trade out. Doesn't mean it will happen.
  5. Upon reading my B/R team stream today, I came upon a link that I had not read, and was shocked and appalled by the headline http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/15114869/usc-trojans-de-scott-felix-loses-ncaa-appeal-ends-college-career Now I have a little backstory on this This past November I had the opportunity to meet Scott, at my first ever game at the Coliseum. He had always been one of my favourite players as I admired his passion and heart for not only football but for the school. He was sort of an unsung hero for our defence, and imo should have worn the hallowed #55 at SC. He was really surprised I knew who he was and was asking for his autograph. It being after a game my dad and I struck up a conversation with him. The guy is awesome. He just had this glow to him, so proud to don the Cardinal and gold. We talked for about 20 mins after the game, and for me it was like a dream come true. One of my favorite Trojans ever was talking to me. Those 20 mins flew by. I wished him luck for the rest of the season and for his senior year. And he wished me luck for my senior year in high school. Although we only talked for 20 minutes, my dad and I could both tell he was a great guy, with his head in the right place, and with a great future ahead of him. Why does a guy who does everything right need to be punished for an honest mistake. While guys like Cam Newton get off damn near scott free. Its not right. And quite frankly when I found out about Scott I teared up a bit, because the NCAA has their Godamn heads in their asses and can't smell the ******* roses. You are taking away the senior year of a grade A human being, whom has done several service trips, yet you put on a pedestal those who are theives and rapists. F*** you NCAA and Fight On Scott, you will be successful in whatever you do. End Rant
  6. As a baseball fan I just pipe in, I mean I could talk about the Yankees more but I don't want to show up all you jay fans. 27 rings and counting baby
  7. Pretty surprised that Toronto got a World Series nomination, though World Series champions Kansas City royals did not receive one. Also SF new look rotation playing in a pitchers park, combined with a lineup that has won before, will be frightening for any team in the playoffs, even the Cubs.
  8. Udinese fan so I guess her I go. Wishlist. -make toto di natale 7 years younger - Marco Fabian or Lozano -Bring in a half decent CB What will happen - Toto gets a year older and puts off retirement for another year. -We sell scuffet in a 50/50.share type deal with como. Means we only get half the profit when he sells for 30 million to Sevilla or something. - signs some random young South American who either becomes the next Alexis or sucks a$$. also a gooner fan wishlist xhaka Romangoli Ibra what will happen ... ... ... Bring back Eduardo ... … yea. Then we get knocked out of champions league in the round of 16 and finish third in the league
  9. Seen quite a bit of montero both with NY and Seattle. Saying he has below average fielding ability is an understatement. The guy has shown the ability to drive the ball to all fields with power, which for any team would be intriguing. He went to the Mariners and was regarded by mariner fans/management as the next big thing. M's gave up Pineda who was an allstar/Roy. High expectations, never came through. It will be interesting to see if he can reclaim his batting form in a pretty batter friendly park. As well as a batter friendly division in terms of parks.
  10. Strasbourg is gonna cost upwards of 250 million, I doubt the jays shell out that money. Of course pending on this season.
  11. They where not booing at the fouls , but the dives from the Mexicans.
  12. Tbh I kinda like the move from the Browns, term not so much but from a personnel perspective i do. Take Tunsil or trade down, pick up a QB later in the draft. A guy like Cody Kessler would be great for them. Gets rid of the ball quickly In The pocket and makes good decisions. He also delivers the ball with good trajectories down the field despite his lack of stellar arm strength. The one thing with Kessler after watch him this these past couple years is that when he is outside of the pocket be that's on the scramble or a bootleg he tends to hold onto the ball too long
  13. Insigne, Candreva, Giacherrini, and Bernadeschi were fantastic today against nearly a Spain a team
  14. That's why giovinco, pirlo, nesta left
  15. No it's not. That's like saying the MLS is a better league than the Seria A in Italy. Just because it pays better doesn't mean the completion is better
  16. SEL is better than the Swiss league
  17. I see my Yankees as the division winners if they can stay healthy. Their rotation has impressed me through spring, and their bullpen only got better imo the jays are the 2nd place team in the division, and a WC team. I doubt their offense will have the same year and their rotation doesn't do it for me in the AL east
  18. Nobody really talks Italian football here on here so I really appreciate someone bringing it up! Not a Juve fan, but an Italian supporter, but personally his performance in the 2006 World Cup. Is the most impressive of all time. 2 goals allowed in the tournament (1 OG, 1 PK) facing powerhouses in Germany, France, and very good offensive teams in the Czechs and the Ukraine. Fantastic player. I am ashamed I was never able to see him live. It will be interesting to see if the "next ones" in Italian goalkeepers(perin, bardi, scuffet, donarumma) will become anything near to Buffon or zoff.
  19. If either of these two turn out as good as the book we will be in very good shape
