    Proposed changes to LTIR on playoffs to be discussed next GM meeting. Supposed change is that the 20 man roster (on the ice) cannot exceed the salary cap in the playoffs. To avoid having teams stock up like TB in 2020 and CHI in 2015 that helped them have a stacked team in the playoffs.

    I know. But some posters are sticklers to the facts. Like saying Boeser is a 30g scorer…but he has never actually gotten 30 goals at all yet. Close but no cigar.

    Garland has never gotten past the 40pt mark in his career. Perhaps he will one day as some posters say he should replace Boeser on the PP and play with better players.
