    Yeah I think the contract being what is is, added a ton of value for the Bolts.

    I think Alvin just needs to set a ridiculously high asking price for a guy like Garland, and if someone is willing to meet it, you pull the trigger. Otherwise, why move the guy.

    Yeah and I really don't envy our new management team here because we aren't in a reasonable position to go for a rebuild now, so retool it is again. Will be interesting to see who is better in a few years Canucks vs Habs... rebuilds don't often work as well as planned (see: Edmonton), but I have a ton of respect for Gorton and think he and Hughes are going to do a great job in MTL.

    Montreal really going for the aggressive rebuild here, I like it.

    Tough loss. They did hang with them late in the game, which was nice to see, but slow start burned us (and some rough reffing).

    Nice! I like any time they can add to the prospect pool without using a pick or having to make a trade. Excited to see who else we can add from college / europe as well, to start building the platform for gaining cap flexibility.

    Yeah Im starting to agree. I was fully on the trade Miller train a month ago, but the team is showing enough consistency to make an actual push for the playoffs. Can't see us trading Miller at the deadline now.
