Sorry, misread the OP for having a maximum of 14F, 8D and 2G on the roster.
The Red Wings waive Jeff Schultz, with the intention of sending him to the minors, to make room for Kris Russell.
Once again sorry about the misjudgment.
EDIT: should be Rusty Klesla on D, not Olesz, and Ian White should be in the minors.
lol Just a typing error, as I recently acquired Olesz. Fixed. Thanks.

Should be all caught up!

It's happening again....
Recall: Pending an LTIR request for Matt Calvert (who joins Rick Nash and Ed Jovanovski
), the Habs recall Kevin Connauton from North Dakota. He'll slot in as the 8th defenseman.
Not again...
Team LTIR strikes again! Man, you have the worst luck with injuries it seems....

Release: The New York Rangers have suspended Ivan Telegin for failure to report to the affiliate Connecticut Whale when assigned. We request Ivan be removed from our team organizational roster.

Suspended sure, but I can't remove his contract from the books unless he retires or signs a contract to play in Russia.

Injured Reserve Activation: The Detroit Red Wings would like to active D Rusty Klesla off Injured Reserve
Waivers: Detroit Red Wings place D Ian White on waivers with the intention to send him down to Motor City
Call-Ups: Detroit Red Wings re-call D Kris Russell and F Tim Kennedy from the Motor City Machine Guns
Updated Line-Up:
Scott Hartnell - Zach Parise - Patrick Sharp
James van Riemsdyk - Ryan O'Reilly - Chris Higgins
Chris Kelly - Tomas Tatar - Mark Letestu
Drew Miller - Zac Dalpe - Trevor Lewis
Brock Nelson - Tim Kennedy
Dustin Byfuglein - Michal Roszival
Olli Maatta - Rostislav Klesla
Kris Russell - Jordie Benn
Jeff Schultz - Keaton Ellerby
Jonathan Quick
Jhonas Enroth
These moves would put you over the 23 man roster limit. Kris Russell has not been called up.

seems a pickup problem? last time bournival had a +1 it was also missed..was there one day later thoughnow it seems the same
Discussed this with pickup and they were aware of the error, they're working to fix it. Bournival should be credited with the +1 tomorrow.
-
seems pickup doesnt like Michael Bournival..missed another +1
Hey guys. Updates coming as soon as I can, work has sucked this week... seriously considering trying to find something else... blah...
Anyways, I will get to updates by tomorrow at the latest. Also will look into Bournival's situation for STL.
And if you're waiting on me to post waivers stuff before you can recall a player, you can always post which player you're calling up at the time you waive someone, so I can backlog it that way and your player won't miss any time because of my incredibly frustrating work hours.

Sigh... another painfully slow start for my team...

IR Activation: The Washington Capitals would like to activate Jordin Tootoo from the Injury Reserve and place him on the NHL roster.
No roster spot to place him, this move has not been processed.

Hey guys,
Just a quick update on Minnesota. I'm looking at a few potential GMs, and currently involved GMs can also apply to switch to Minnesota if they'd like by sending me a PM.
As for teams offering trades to give the Wild some cap relief, it's true I am still running the team on an interim basis. However, as I don't plan to still be the GM of the Wild by the weekend, I'm likely not going to make any massive, franchise altering deals. Will definitely look at some options that would free up cap space as long as they make sense from a hockey perspective as well. I plan on going through the trade offer PMs shortly and hope to get back to you guys on those soon.
Also, I've noticed a few mistakes I've made when putting through transactions on pickup. They were minor ones and they have been corrected, but if everyone could make sure that pickup accurately reflects their lineup tomorrow, that would be good. All the moves made in the thread have been updated so it should be accurate tomorrow or Friday.

WAIVERS: Joey Crabb (STL) has cleared waivers.
NOTE: As posted in the previous CBA Revisions at the start of the year, Crabb (and other players who have cleared waivers) are now exempt from having to pass through waivers for the 14 day period after clearing. So in this case, Crabb would not require waivers to be sent down until after Oct. 21st at 7:52am. This information is noted on the players info tab on the team chart.
- Unclaimed players can either be placed into your clubs minor league system or back onto the active roster. Your team must designate where your player is to go either at the time of being placed on waivers, or shortly after the 24 hour waiver period has expired. If a player clears waivers, they will not be subject to waivers for the 14 day period after they cleared.

-

Ken Agostino
To PIT:

WAIVERS: Rostislav Olesz (COL) has cleared waivers.

^ hehe....and right on que Raymond gets a goal tonight...Still, having him as a depth winger who may or may not play if we are all healthy and not suspended wouldn't happen, you have to admit that, he is good enogh to be on the starting roster of an NHL team...but he isn't elite enough to push our 'Nucks to a cup. That is all I ever was sayin about Mason Raymond.
1. A goal and 2 powerplay assists, and the shootout winner. 4 points in 3 games so far.
2. Wrong. He'd be in the lineup, and be a key player right about now.
3. He's a support player, not a star player. That's like me ragging on Jannik Hansen for not scoring 40 goals a season.
-
Don't be too negative Matty O, 1 game in buddy
We've got 3 top-9 forwards and probably our first call-up in Burrows, Kassian, Schroeder and Jensen out right now.
Gee... sure would be nice to have Mason Raymond right about now....
... just saying...
-
Just trying to figure why the heck Shinkaruk was sent down before the season even started. Now with Burrows out, he would of been a huge part of our team without Burr. Just having an absolute lack of understanding at this point.
If I may think outside the box for a minute... Simon Gagne?

A good deal for Minnesota. (If not great deal)
.. in 20 minutes or less...

^^ This move gets Minnesota cap compliant and back on the ice. I was a few minutes late posting it but I'm going to add the Wild so they will collect points tonight and get their season rolling.
Minnesota is still tight against the cap and I will still be considering offers to move some salary but will be looking to make strong deals to address roster shortcomings while shedding a bit of salary at the same time.

Thanks for this greens!
The East is still stronger, but the gap is closing. Great to see some of the teams who have struggled the last few seasons doing well so far this year as well.
