Yeah, I play the 5th anniversary on PS3 that's supposed to have everything. The Inn is there, so I am guessing I have the pugins? The guy you told me to talk to wasn't, so I probably have to wait for him or come back. I didn't feel like playing anymore for the day so I saved it there and will try again tomorrow. I was going to ask if its worth buying/selling arrows to raise it, sounds like it is. Thanks again for the tips ! Edit: After reading up on it, I found out that Rowley Eardwulf only shows up if I have the pulgin. I guess I don't have it I thought 5th anniversary came with everything. Are plug ins mods, or add ons? I have knights of the 9 and that island one, but that's all I think. How do you invest in a store? I haven't seen that option. Does your mercantile need to be a certain level? Thanks for the help !!!

Any tips on where to sell stuff in Oblivion? I hate selling stuff worth 4000 for 1200 because no one has the cash. Just wondering who has the most money to buy out there so I can get max dollar.

PS3. The recently released 5th anniversary. I can slash and see their life drop and drop and almost make it to zero but sometimes it stops and they just won't die no matter how much I slash. I usually have to run and hide and recharge my life about 4 or 5 times to finally kill them. Any help on my 1st question about getting my attributes back to a base level? OMG. I am sooooo frustrated. I can not figure out why 6 slashes will get them down to about 10% life bar but the next 30 won't make the life bar move at all.
