  2. That is...a pretty good post from Porscha. I can't say I expected any activity from them, let alone a whole-ass review of a player. It's looks a bit contrived (Aladeen has posted a lot more than what's being quoted), but it's certainly something to monitor. I don't know that I'm going to take my vote off Porscha, but I think if we some more of this effort between now and NF2, I could consider unvoting and moving to somebody else (probably not onto naslund.is.king, though).
  3. Well, still applies I think. falcon45ca could flip a coin, or make us have two votes. Not really a good scenario for the town, either way. Tbh, I'm not sure why people aren't on Porscha. Have they even done anything this game (or any game, for that matter). Porscha is the new Snake Doctor/Otis. Sign up just to get GK'd.
  4. There's no universal way to handle ties. Some hosts flip a coin, some hosts have two votes simultaneously that happen in the ensuing. I'm pretty sure one host made us vote for the same two guys in R2 one time - probably Zfetch. That's how it's been during my time here. Most mechanics, come to think of it, is at host discretion, ultimately. With that said, I see naslund.is.king's rationale, but my reasons for unvoting were because I didn't want a random flip or two votes to happen in the same round. It's always better to have a clean slate going into a new round, IMO. Hope this helps.
  5. Ok, actually, yes I have seen these, but again, not really in mafia. Maybe I'm not paying enough attention to the literal view of my screen when I'm playing lol. I think for the people calling you out for this, it's somewhat lazy of them to do so. Some people type really fast, other people are more relaxed and composed to think of their message. And I'm sure some people accidentally hit the spacebar and suddenly they're "typing". Weird feature but I wouldn't read much into it.
  6. My brother, I have now idea what you're talking about, but keep on rocking I guess.
  7. I think Petey_BOI means the thread. Oddly enough, I've seen this feature on CDC in places like Canucks Talk but not mafia.
  8. Tbh, that makes me more inclined to vote Porscha. Suppose Porscha is town but doesn't vote, and assuming mafia take out another town member via the MK, if we vote on another townsperson by mistake instead of Porscha, we might be down three more town bodies going into R3.
  9. I'm still leaning toward saying ilunga is clean. With that said, the reasoning that somebody *might* be mafia (in reference to Blue Jay 22 or Aladeen, I think?) because they haven't been shot yet is never really a great one to point out. I mean, it's something that most players will naturally come to anyway during a game as the rounds go on, but to suggest as much in R1 or R2 just seems like a way to apply artificial pressure on somebody. I'd keep ilunga around, but I would bump him down to my "ones to watch" list with naslund.is.king, Sharpshooter, and Darth Melvin. Porscha is hopefully the way we go for this round.
  10. I saw a quoted post that showed 4 votes for Snake Doctor and 4 votes for Porscha. In any event, I'm happy to vote Porscha tonight. Vote Porscha Hopefully, it's a bit more unanimous.
  11. So, I'll actually address this. I was leaning Porscha, but when I saw that votes were headed for a tie, I wanted to avoid that. I wasn't really reading Snake Doctor as 100% scum, but I could stomach voting for them/having them voted out, which is why I felt comfortable to unvote in the last minute. I actually tried to vote Snake Doctor to really ensure no funny business, but it seems I was a few seconds late.
  12. Yeah, I'm not sure I think he's truly scum. It was just a thought that crossed my mind briefly.
  13. I suppose, he could be coming out with this knowledge to earn some town credit?
  14. Ok, so, I was going to say that I wondered if mafia picked up on any soft-claiming from luckylager and I was thinking that Lewitelli and his spout with J-23 could have been that instance where he was trying lead a vote on somebody they believe was softed as cleared. But now I see Lewitelli has actually come out and said "yeah, had a feeling luckylager was sheriff"..which doesn't really seem like something a mafia would say because it totally proves my theory? Like, this seems a bit too convenient to be true.
  15. Wow.. I'm kinda shocked luckylager was the sheriff. I had him as town but I felt he was too active to be a special. Did he leave any crumbs in that last round? Anybody cleared or sus'd?
  16. The team did well to take advantage of a sloppy Buffalo. Shows how quickly things can change as this Buffalo team looked nothing like this a few weeks ago. Good game for Lockwood. Pettersson, as we've come to expect, a star as always. Probably a nothing win, though. Going to be a tough run of games coming up, and I think team's fate will be sealed for good.
  17. Ok. I've done a quick look through some of Lewitelli's posts. Here's the one thing I've found that's a bit concerning. I don't know that a legitimate townsperson would phrase their message like this. He's basically asking to hear possible reasons as to why he could be mafia, where the intention is to obviously refute them. Not inherently scummy, but somewhat of an excuse to look game-engaged and active. I feel a town Lewitelli would just say "you're throwing my name out for reactions" and leaving it at that.
  18. I actually think this is genuine. I'm a little less inclined to vote J-23. Probably shift my attention to Porscha or Snake Doctor or somebody that's slanking.
