I'm willing to bet that this team under torts and company so far has blown more 3rd period leads than AV did in his last 3 years COMBINED. No idea where I can find the stats for teams record leading after 3 but my point is they don't know how to hold a lead.

The goals will come for Burr. I'd bet my life on it. He's all heart all effort. Problem is that he's evidently rusty and doesn't have the strength he usually has. Once he regains strength hell light the lamp. Lord knows where else we'll get goals from... to be honest I was extremely disappointed with daniel last night. I'm 100% convinced he's saving it for the Olympics. The talent him and hank have doesn't just dissappear.

He walked it off and came back. If I'm not mistaking he's leading us in blocks. That takes a toll on a player. Especially when eddy was out , he was blocking like a machine. They have to distribute the blocks. I didn't see him slow down though after he walked it off.

Well said. Edler makes far less mistakes than Hamhuis. Not sure about Bieksa... I would say they are pretty even. Even if you throw out quantity of hits and just focus on quality. Edlers hits are far more bone crushing than hammers and usually on part with Bieksa. There's a reason he's the highest paid dman on our team... The fact that people rag on him is solely because they just have too big of a hard on for bieksa and hammer. I too have a major one for Bieksa. Hard not to. The guy stands up for his team mates... Hamhuis on the other hand is constantly coughing up the puck and throwing useless shots at the net. Edler is great. Bieksa and Hamhuis are slightly less great in my books

Yes I did. I grew up in a fully soccer oriented family. Soccer is terrible and more of a past time than a sport. I also enjoy playing this activity that is called soccer but it's not a sport compared to hockey.

Ummm... not since 2004. Surely not when they have been accomplished 1st liners. If I'm not mistaking Hank was a 3rd liner when he last missed a game. So pretty much it's the first time daniel is playing a significant part of the team w.o brother hank. He'll step up.
