My thoughts on XB1 games / plans for coming months: Titanfall - best game I've ever played! If it was the only game I owned I'd never tire of it. Superb. FIFA 14 - fantastic game, now finally started playing Pro Clubs (never played it before). No need to buy FIFA 15, this is a great game that will last ages. AC4 - beautiful game, love the naval aspect. Much more enjoyable than previous AC incarnations. Won't be buying Unity for a while though, as this has so much content Lego Marvel - only just started this, looks good, is fun to play. So many characters to use! Makes me hopeful for the other two Lego games. Forza 5 - sadly, single player is tedious now, and multiplayer is full of morons. I won't be playing again. Ryse - not played since February Battlefield 4 + Call of Duty Ghosts + Thief - traded in/sold. BF4 was the worst game I've ever played (when I could), COD was made redundant by Titanfall, and Thief had that major bug that lost me nearly 8 hours of gaming that I would have to replay. I wasn't going to do that! May = Lego Marvel + AC4 + Titanfall + FIFA 14 June = Elder Scrolls Online (cannot wait!) + Lego Marvel + FIFA 14 July = ESO + AC4 + FIFA 14 August = ESO + Titanfall + FIFA 14 Having read reviews of Watch Dogs, I'm now convinced I'd hate it. Looks like GTA (series I hate) mixed with Metal Gear (series I hate), mixed with Hitman (series I hate). Not interested in Wolfenstein. Kinect Sports is rubbish, glad I borrowed it rather than bought it. Still deciding whether to pre-order Destiny or not. Any suggestions?

I've just assumed that these are under consideration and that they're still on the radar. Being the paranoid GM that I am, could someone please confirm that I'm right, and that these things just take some time? I'm really not complaining, I'm just slightly nervous! Thanks

I still think this might come about, but boy has Nathan McKinnon convinced me. I was never that taken with him until these playoffs. I'm now convinced he's going to be as good as Tavares and Stamkos.

Not that we were anywhere near the playoffs, but my Flyers would be on 117pts right now despite zero goalies on a playoff team. That has me confident going into next season

So I suppose if you have a team full of Habs, you were wanting it to go to 7 games rather than a sweep...funny how you could have the best players on the best teams but still get knocked out of our playoffs by a team filled with lesser players playing the three extra games. Great intrigue!

Not enjoying the NHL playoffs thus far. Outside of the Habs-Bolts series not much is happening bar appalling hits, low-scoring games and embarrassing trash talk. I thought I could enjoy the playoffs without my Nucks hat on, I now realise how awful it is to miss the playoffs

If Florida are willing to listen, the price for their 1st overall pick is likely to be 6th + Horvat + someone like Higgins/Corrado. I'd do it for Ekblad.

If you'd laugh at a child who has just injured themselves, then shame on you. I hope one day you can see through the eyes of a parent. When your child is hurt, time stops still. And when someone mocks them in that moment, you protect your child. It's basic human instinct. The person that laughs at my child gets one chance to pipe down. I'm sure any parent here would understand that. Back to GoT, the scene was designed by Joffrey as ENTERTAINMENT. He introduced it as such. It was designed to make people laugh. At his uncle, maybe. But make people laugh. It was funny. Spanking Renly is funny no matter how tall the person. Spit roasting the wolfs head is funny, regardless of the person's stature. The scene was hilarious. And Tywin found it funny, he's no Joffrey.

Your kid with blood gushing from his face? And some wise guy laughs? I'd love to see you guys ignore that. Hadnt realised i hadnt mentioned the blood. It does change the story.

On holiday last summer my son was very tired after a long day out. He wasn't looking where he was going and walked face first into a metal post in a supermarket. He cried, everyone there was shocked and going over to see him, apart from one old bloke. Maybe 60, maybe 65. I went over to him and grabbed him by the throat. Asked him what he thought was funny. One person threw an apple at the guy. I only let him go because my son called for me. I dread to think what I'd have done to the guy. He laughed because what happened was a real You've Been Framed moment. If it was an adult, any kind of adult, it's maybe fair game. But when a child hurts themselves badly, you don't laugh. It's not funny. If some adult dwarf actors perform a comedic scene, designed to amuse and make people laugh, and you laugh, IT'S NOT BECAUSE YOU'RE A BIGOT. IT'S BECAUSE IT'S COMEDY. There is a huge difference between this scene, and what happened to my son. People get wound up by the oddest of things.

EKBLAD I'm not convinced Bennett, Reinhart or Draisatl have anything extra in their tank compared to previous high picks like Nuge or Yakupov. I want the real deal stud D man. Ekblad + Hamhuis would be a real strong pairing.
