Before the cap was announced, when we created the new league, we defaulted the cap in as the projected 83m. Teams have been since adjusting their teams to that number since that’s what we put in at the time. Jazz or MM can speak on it more so than I can, but I myself felt we kind of jumped the gun by moving the cap to 83 in the new league instead of not changing it until the change was official, so because of that a lot of teams have been crunching their numbers off the limit we set previously (83) Edit: when I mention Jazz or MM can speak on it more, I just mean they’ve been in the league and commissioners longer so that have more expertise than me!

Overall a great draft for the Red Wings and look forward to seeing what all of these players do in the coming years!

@D-Money not quoting just because that’s a large body of text, but those are really good points! Nobody brought up goalie scoring during our last voting day so keep it in the back of your mind for when we do another similar “event”!

Goalie is more valuable on a roster than a winger, there are a lot more wingers in that range but not a lot of goalies, that was my view point
