So let's cut to the chase here. When can we park our butts on our couches and watch this kid play on our glorious HD screens?
(In other words, I'm currently too lazy to check the broadcast schedule for Sweden games myself)
Took one more step for you.

Nooooo. Please Will be okay!

Im wondering where to set expectations for his WJC or JVM as they call it in Sweden.
For me being over a point per game is my expectation. Somewhere around the same mark as his SHL average would be nice.
He will be transitioning to North American ice though.

Trying to find WJH preview of Sweden. Lots of chatter about other players. Kinda feels like Knowbody back east want to mention Elias P. One article called him a defensive forward. Can't wait until he rips up the Tournament.
The best part is he is a defensive forward compared to most guys his age lol

Up to 1.68 points per game now.
Looking like he will compete even harder out there.
will be interesting to see if he gets a contract and any AHL games at the end of the year.

Is Jonah Gadjovich a soft J? Benning said it with a soft J at the draft and I've been wondering ever since.
If you know any Eastern European people they would say the j as a soft y sound and the ch could be a k sound or ch sound depending on his family's roots

I feel for Lind, hes probably thinking if he didnt get sick he could have made it. Hopefullt that is motivation for him to prove TC wrong and outclass the guys who are there.
Lots of QMJ guys who I didnt perticularily like in the games.
One thing Lind needs to add is pace and PK ability. He looked like he was trying to slow the game down at times, but it wasnt working the way he intended. I think playing with more pace will allow him to change speeds more effecitvely and create space in a similar way to Boeser

I hope the media gets his name right.
Its Eee-Lee-us not uh-lie-us
Most people get it wrong

Bo Horvat was such a good pick looking back. He’s one of the few guys who can match up vs speed or size effectively and still have an advantage.
Pettersson will need the speed to get to elite status. All the smaller guys who succeed have top end wheels.
Kyle Turris is actually an interesting comparable. I kind of see him as an average development curve for Pettersson in the NHL.

Czech league is getting a lot better.
Good sign for Jasek.

5 cuts for me would be:
Kaspick
Ang
Batherson
Comtois
Formenton

Don't forget there is a legitimate chance that Gaudette and Sikura go to the Olympics. That would be pretty devastating for NorthEastern's season.
Once we know about the Eligibility of KHL skaters things will become more clear. -
Pet. Air. Shawn.
He's scoring so much we have to start asking if the SHL is worse than it used to be. How else can we explain this?

Or is it Dahlenian

Go to the net and you will score. It seems so simple yet so few players can do it consistantly
-
Arent they one of the better KHL teams in terms of attendance too?
-
1 more year wouldnt be terrible. Especially if Gaudette makes the team.
I dont think I want him in the AHL. Its worse than the SHL and full of dirty players. Give him another year in the SHL woth Champions league and probably a world championship as well.

Nice to see the kid get back on the scoresheet with Team Canada putting their list together this weekend.
Weird that they thought it wasn't mono because supposedly he'd already had it and then it turned out it was mono meaning he didn't have it before. -
If KHL players aren't allowed to go to the Olympics is that better or worse for Tryamkin's chances of coming back to the NHL?
If he goes he shows he can play on the world stage, if he stays, maybe he is mad at the KHL and it helps facilitate a move back to the NHL in time. -
I like how his release is showing short side shelf, but he goes far side blocker. Thats not easy to do. Goalie reacts to his stick and the puck goes the other way lol

Perfect slow cooker prospect.

It stings, but it's also a good sign that he might want to try and win a championship in the NHL one day. Clearly the Sedins had a big impact on him as a player.
