jd22_
wow this global warming sure is comming down. we must have a foot or so of global warming on the ground here. Good selectiveness. It certainly has nothing to do with the mass of arctic air, does it? The people on this board are kind of ridiculous. I knew this already, but what's with all the complaining? It's barely cold at all. I was hiking today on Eagle Ridge, it was about -15 where I was and it was beautiful, crisp, and refreshing. I wish we had more of this weather. Vogue
I love the cold. MUCH more than the infuriating heat of the summer. Winter vaca is something I look forward to much more than the summer vaca. I can actualy go to sleep in the winter comfortably.

WiLBoY
So who had their SFU final cancelled till the 16th? That's alot of extra days to study. Some friends had to delay flight to trip due to final postpone dates
jd22_
I got sick last night because of the cold....ugh. You CAN'T get sick because of cold, unless we're talking hypothermia. Which you're not. Cold may slightly lower the effectiveness of your immune system. I'm pretty sure people are healthier in cold climates, which are not conducive to bacteria. Panda
I've got single pane windows in my apartment as well but the landlords crank the heat to full blast in the winter so I'm actually sweating.
BuckyHermit
Could u take a picture of the area outside with the top? It'll look like a frozen throne if no one screws up the ice =) We shall see. I plan to head to the Cleveland Dam first (for a Cap Lake photo) before SFU, so it'll depend on when I get to SFU. Hopefully the buses run smoothly.
