Coldness here isn't the same as the coldness there. My uncle from PG game down for a visit a couple weeks ago and he said that no matter how many layers he has on here, he's still shivering. Wet cold vs dry cold. people say that but it's not true once the temperature starts to really drop. -10 is worse in vancouver than PG. But -39 with wind chill is just plain cold. no wet or dry.
