If the chart on page 1 of this thread is the most up to date, then:

Phoenix can't catch us...they are at 91 points with 7 games to go, max is 105 pts.  If the Canucks lose every game they also will finish with 105 but with 44 non-shootout wins whereas phx would have only 43 non-shootout wins.  Games won is the first tie-breaker.

Magic number for Wash is 3.5 not 4.0:  96 pts, 39 non-shooutout wins,8 game remaining - max 112 points and 47 wins.  If canucks win 3 more in reg and lose one in non-reg, they will also have 112 points and 47 non-shooutout wins BUt they own the head to head tie break (beat Wash earlier).

Magic Number for Detroit is 3 and not 3.5:  95 pts, 39 non-shootout wins, 8 games remaining - max 111 points and 47 non-shootout wins.  If canucks win just 3 more in reg, they will also have 11 pts and 47 ns wins but own the head 2 head 6 pts to 4.

Magic Number for SJ is 2.5 and not 3: 94 pts, 38 non-shootout wins, 8 games remaining: 110 pts max with 46 ns

wins.  If canucks win 2 more in reg and lose one in non-reg they will also have 110 pts and 46 ns wins but own the H2H 7 pts to 3

Magic mumber for Pitt is 2.5 and not 3:  92 pts, 36 ns wins, 9 games remaining - max 110 pts, 45 ns wins.  If canucks win 2 and lose 1 in non-reg, they will have 110 pts but would own the games won tie-break 46 to 45

Magic number for Tampa is 1 not 1.5: 89pts, 33 non-shootout wins, 9 games remaining: max 107 pts and 42 non-shootout wins.  Canucks win 1 on reg and tie in pts but own the ns wins tie-break 45-42.  last reg season game vs LA is meaningless.

Magic number for LA is .5 not 1:  88 pts, 33 non-shooutout wins, 9 games remaining - max 106 pts and 42 ns wins.  Canucks need a non-reg loss to tie in pts and own the ns wins tie break 44 to 42

Magic number for Chicago is 0.5 not 1:  88 pts, 35 non-shootout wins, 9 games remaining - max 106 pts and 44 ns wins. Canucks need a non-reg loss to tie in pts and ns wins (44) but own H2H 5 pts to 4

You got Phi, Bos, and Ana right.

Unless I'm missing something?

Way too much work for the OP to do every night at midnight, what he currently does is already a LOT of work. Adding the extra 0.5 ignores all tie breaking procedures, is much easier on the OP and doesn't make everyone try and figure out the possible outcomes on their own.

Hey, given the little bit of negativity the past while in this thread, I thought I'd chime in with another round of applause for Shaelon. I actually registered solely to add that little bit of praise and thanks for all the hard work.

Side note: I love the Canucks, but I'm actually a *gasp* Flyers fan...so this thread has been a daily reminder of how thoroughly Vancouver has been dominating Philly the past while. Good times though...looking forward to a Vancouver/Philadelphia final!
