I know the NHL decided on darks at home but did the GMs decide on it or was it something the NHL just drew up? I'm a huge fan of home whites and have always disliked darks at home. The home whites where viewed as boring so they switched it. It also gave the home team a chance to wear 3rd jerseys (Which of course means more sales of jerseys).
