They better not overpay him massively. If its true I expect the Cowboys to go after Peterson as soon as he gets his release from the Vikings. Google is giving you different results than it's giving me. The only thing I can find is that the Dolphins were/are willing to offer him 7 million dollars. He's not even worth 7 million. Greg Roman wants a tight end, so who knows what the final number will be. The only guarantee is that it will be heavily front loaded with immediate cash so the cap hit is spread out. It's nice having an owner who's worth almost $5 Billion. He can put up tens of millions of dollars for multiple players at the drop of a hat.
