what time is the next sim?

What do you guys think about adding CPU trading as teams aren't trading much.

We would have rules like:

1.) you can only trade with a CPU controlled team once per season

2.) we have to feel that the CPU gets better with that trade (not just by overalls) but if he has 6 good D, we won't approve him trading another forward to get a defender etc.

What are your thoughts?

I am going to be stepping down from my position as the GM of the Pittsburgh Penguins. I believe that the franchise is better off with someone else as it's GM.
