They have too much tied up in goaltending talent/$$$ and need to turn that into a serious offensive leader for this team. Lots of strong support players but no game-breakers. Look at other teams like Chicago, got Toews, Kane, Hossa, Sharp, Bolland any of those guys can just own a game on their own and the Kings, Brown, Kopitar, Richards, Carter, Doughty.
