Minnesota would like to thank Dany for his contribution to our team over the past two seasons. He has been a good player for us but cap considerations came into play forcing tough decisions to be made within our organization. Dany was a piece in the first trade I completed as GM of the Minnesota Wild. We acquired him along with Frans Nielsen and Jack Skille from Pittsburgh for David Perron.
