Just for fun. I build a line-up according to the all-season average ratings of all Canucks players and it looks like this:

Lack

(Miller)

Edler - Tanev

Hamhuis - Corrado

Weber - Stanton

(Sbisa - Bieksa)

Matthias - Horvat - Vrbata

Dorsett - Sedin H - Sedin D

Hansen - Bonino - Burrows

Vey - Richardson - Higgins

(Kassian - Jensen)

Thanks for doing this, dood.

It is quite interesting, especially the 'most variable' players. Due to fans' preconceptions, expectations, or just different opinions on the game performance (or all of the above, I spose).

If you were to change the scale to 1-10, you might be able to strip the statistical outliers? Or would that be to difficult/clunky?

Anyway, giving you a +1 now and again for the work.

Thanks. You are maybe right about outliers but I can recognize biased votes just because there are many players abnd if they are all given vote 1, that´s pretty clear. Overall, I delete votes that:

- contains only or majority of 1s

- contains only or majority of 5s

- contains only one vote (one player rated)

- duplicated votes

I like 5-point scale but if there will be more people willing to vote on 10-point scale, I can change it for the next season (if I will still do that, heh). That would need a poll.
