    Why has nobody signed Brandon Pirri yet? He is a good age (26) for a UFA and has a proven record of being able to score between 10-20 goals. In a goal starved league, and a team like the Canucks should look at him if they can't trade Sbisa for Hartnell. 

     

    Pirri is the only quality UFA out there you can get on a short term deal at a good price. Unless he has some injury/ off ice issues or his inconsistency is so bad that his agent convince teams to give him a raise on a short deal.

      Lose a bit of offence compared to Sam Gagne. But is more responsible defensively. Maybe he's just asking too much. Fits our club better than a lot of options.
