malHOEtra
in 26 games he only has 17 points.....I'm not sure how productive is that for a top 6 forward?

leo
One of the biggest steals in history for us for sure. HIggins plays with heart and he's so smart, I wonder who can stop the American Express!
nuck luck
Well Chicago has 4 players that are a point per game. I would hope we can match that. Since Luongo is gonna let in a lot of goals in the playoffs. In order for us to win, we need to match up the high scoring with more Fire Power!!! hockeyville88
Great signing by MG He brings a consistent effort which is what I like. Of the entire team he's probably one of the guys who takes the least amount of nights off. Even if the team is struggling, Higgins is always putting up a great effort. unknown33429
He always seems to be making a difference, even when he's not getting points. He's constantly playing at a high pace, it's amazing that he never seems to wear down.
Fincup13
That's a pretty decent line. The only problem in our lineup is the lack of 30 goal scorers. Right now we have Daniel and Burrows who are the only ones who may scrape the 30-goal-mark, but we have at least 7 20-goal-scorers.

j-to-the-r.o.c
Booth has 12 points in 18 games. Higgins has 17 points in 26 games. Kesler has 16 points in 21 games. Higgins is on pace for 54 points (25 goals). Booth is on pace for a 55 point season (23 goals). Kesler is on pace for 62 points (20 goals) with a slow start. That's a pretty decent line. The only problem in our lineup is the lack of 30 goal scorers. Right now we have Daniel and Burrows who are the only ones who may scrape the 30-goal-mark, but we have at least 7 20-goal-scorers. [/quote wow higgins on pace for 54, called this guy having a big season since the summer , also said hed b the top man for top 6 check my post for prooof
Dufflebagg
Higgins hasn't looked out of place since the day he arrived. He's not flashy (except once in awhile, when he is) but he has that work ethic and grit that the Canucks talked about needing to acquire 2 years ago, when they got bounced by Chicago for the second time. His game reminds me of Hansen with a bit more offensive flair. With both those guys playing like heroes in the playoffs last year (and that's not even mentioning Lappy), it's no surprise we were finally able to break through. These guys always go unnoticed (especially during the season), but how many cups would Detroit have without Maltby, Draper, Cleary, etc.
The Mircrowave
Looks like MG acquired a top 6 forward from nothing.
5minutesinthebox
That translates into a 54pt season...I'm not sure what expectations you set for a 2nd line forward.
Van_City123
Higgins has been great so far this year, Good too see that 2nd line starting to gel.
Canuck or Die
Both he and Lapierre have been steals. I mean, thanks to Lapierre alone, our fourth line has already produced more points than last year's fourth line in the. I'm so happy that Gillis re-signed both of them. And he did it at a cheap price, too.
Sugar baby watermelon
I was going to get my jersey customized for Hank but Higgins is making a strong point to go on my jersey!!!
The Nuckist
Higgins is the perfect 2nd line winger, may not be the greatest an anything but is able to contribute in every single way whether it be defense, fore check, setting up players or scoring himself. He has been an amazing pick up. As this "2nd" line continues to stabilize and grow chemistry i think that they will all blow these point pace predictions out of the water! A second Line with 3 25+ goal scorers, Yes Please!

ice orca
higgins is the perfect utility guy. he can play all the forward positions and be used on any line with different partners. he is one of our best on the PK and can still play on the power play. his work ethic and 60 minute play makes him very valuable. higgins and lapps are two of the best trades that the canucks done in a while, great value for money.
