Vancouver Canucks @VanCanucks·

#Canucks F - 22-33-14. 21-17-7. 20-26-36. 27-40-34. (Extra - 25 & 9).

Vancouver Canucks @VanCanucks
#Canucks D - 23-3. 2-8. 29-6. (Extras - 41, 5, & 4).

Nice to see Danny at practice!

Salo won't have to play top 6 minutes this year with Tanev playing so good. Lines:

Sedin - Sedin - Burrows

Raymond - Kesler - Booth

Higgins - Pahlsson - Hansen

Malhotra - Lapierre - Bitz

Edler - Bieksa

Hamhuis - Tanev

Rome - Salo

Shanahan went soft on Keith.

Keith is a pretty ugly dude after all....

lapierre should be on the 2nd line and raymond on the 4th.. he's a playoff performer and with better linemates he can be a mini-daniel sedin..

Hamhuis - Bieksa

Edler-Bieksa worries me just slightly defensively. I'd rather see a defense like:

Hamhuis-Bieksa
Edler-Tanev
Rome-Salo

But hey, if the coaching staff thinks this'll work, I'm behind it.

Ballard, PLEASE hurry up and come back to the line-up. You can't go wrong with having one of the best skaters in the NHL, instead of a guy like Aaron Rome.

However, it is nice to see Tanev get the promotion... this is huge for his development and I am very excited for him! He's been playing great thus far.

I don't understand why Raymond is still up there on our 2nd line.

He should be swapped with Higgins, but having Raymond on the 4th line is going to do us no good. The playoffs are a fresh start, we'll see how he does.

Omg I agree...who knows what its gonna take to get him off. Hopefully he plays decently/the first line comes alive.

Ballard has more than one, so it should not be too surprising.. I hope he is ready and plays soon.

I'm sure everyone's noticed that Tanev is lightning-quick when he wants to be. If he could just put a little more of that into his offensive game he could be one of several little things that put us over the top...

Yeah, i think it's better to have a stable defensive player like Salo and Hamhuis, with players like Bieksa and Edler.

Higgins-Pahlsson-Hansen is the Canucks best line right now. I wouldn't change it. I want Raymond in the lineup as a penalty killer. I can see putting Raymond on the fourth and inserting Lapierre, Kassian or Ebbett on the second.

I'm glad Daniel is back, i just hope they are not rushing him back
into the line up though.

I would like to see Lapierre switched with Raymond, Malhotra can
center the 4th line.

With three weeks absence and a head injury I would think inserting Dan on the first is wishful thinking or just conditioning.

Daniel should play third line and PP minutes for the first games.

Ballard is practising with a blue helmet on so he is deemed physically ready but personally stated he felt he was not yet ready.

I actually like Higgins on the third.

As everyone knows..... great third lines can win you championships.

um... yeah, the defence would pretty much kill us, with the exception of Hamhuis - Tanev.

If Raymond stinks it up, throw Ebbett on the second line

Don't like having Rome starting. Would be more safe with either Alberts or Ballard out there and have Rome and Gragnani as backup

Salo can hopefully get some rest here and there on the 3rd pairing, but still be used for special teams

I hope the coach switches Mayray to the 4th and Lappy to the 2nd, if Mason doesnt perform, cant win games with a soft top 6!

Kassian probably gonna observe a playoff game before playing?
Iffy about the 2nd line

I just hope that when Daniel comes back to the first line that Hank doesn't revert back to his previous play. He has entered absolute beast mode lately, and it's because he is hanging onto the puck.

Lappy on the 2nd, Raymond to the press box, and put a real 4th liner like Ebbett in!

The fourth line needs Maxim Lapierre more than the second line. He's the engine that drives our fourth line. The line is lost and ineffective without Lapierre.

3rd line so he can shutdown the kings top line? yeah, that's not going to work. Daniel will be fine. The sedins play a cerebral game and don't rely on a lot of speed to get it done. They've been playing together their entire life. Daniel will be fine. Our first line will be a big factor this series. They tend to play well in the playoffs as long as they aren't facing a norris-worthy shutdown pair (keithseabrook, chara, suter/weber)
