AjitGill17
Hey guys in this playoff run we have learned a lot about what our teams strengths weaknesses are. For example a big one for all of us was not having our leading scorer Daniel Sedin in the lineup for games 1-3. Our pp was not working wihtout him in the lineup. Our resiliency didn't show up in the playoffs like we thought it would in the end things don't last for long. Also our d wasn't playing to the top of their game aka Edler. What i think we should do is perhaps go for a low maintenance d man like Ryan Sutter. He playes avg. about 26 minutes agame and plays against the other teams top players along with Weber every night. He from what I've heard is a great defensive d-man. He can be that calm presence that Edler needs to learn from. For our second line we have 2 shooters that need a playmaker beacuse from what ive seen they don't have the ability to make plays besides grinding it out in the oppositions zone. What i suggest is we trade the rights of Scneider also a roster player such as Raymond to a team such as Tampa Bay for Martin St. Louis. He may be catching up ther in age wise but definetely he has the skill and playoff experience to back it up. We are a team that needs results now not waiting for the future that why this trade seems great for me. This can help Kesler get open for a good shot besides rushing it into their zone himself. Also we have 2 centre man that can take faceoffs which leads to time in the offensive zone. My proposed lineup looks like this: D.Sedin-H.Sedin-Burrows Booth-Martin.St Louis-Kesler Hansen-Pahlsson-Higgins Kassian-Lapierriere-Malhotra Hamhuis-Bieksa Sutter-Edler Salo-Ballard Luongo-Lack(or other backup goalie)

Pears
Its an underpayment for Schneider IMO. Here's something that help both teams: Vancouver receives: Marty St. Louis + Brett Connolly + 2012 1st Tampa receives: Roberto Luongo (fixes goaltending problems) + Kevin Bieksa (good start to rebuilding the defense) + Manny Malhotra (added depth on center) + the rights to Mason Raymond (could be useful on Stamkos' wing) and Sammy Pahlsson (see reason for Malhotra) After that: Vancouver receives: 2012 2nd and/or 3rd round pick (Edm) Edmonton receives: Keith Ballard Losing Luongo's, Bieksa's, Raymond's, Malhotra's and Pahlsson's contracts free's up $16,950,000 in cap space to work with. And if the salary limit is raised to $70,000,000, that gives us $21,950,000 in cap space. So with that we throw $7,000,000 at both Zach Parise and Ryan Suter, so that will bring us down to $7,950,000. And with the rest of that money here is what I propose: Sign Travis Moen to a 1 year contract @ $2,500,000 Sign Brad Stuart to a 3 year contract at $5,000,000 annually Canucks 2012-13 line up: Daniel - Henrik - Parise Booth - Kesler - St. Louis Moen - Schroeder - Burrows Higgins - Lapierre - Hansen Edler - Suter Hamhuis - Stuart Tanev - Connauton Sign Schneider to a 6 year contract worth $3,500,000 annually Schneider Lack
