I'm poor, so I use Photoshop CS3...

I'm not like those hipsters with CS4+... :(

You can also use GIMP to make these stuff. It's completely free, and from what I've heard, it could be just as good as Photoshop.

I use CS5. :P

But still with CS3, you manage to make decent sigs.

:) thanks guys, my MA has been looking for a photoshop program, and I'd probably mess around with it also. Thanks again.

Thanks.

But is there really a big difference in CS3, to 5? Sig making is very basic and easy stuff, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't require any revolutionary thing to make a sig look "good". Only thing that I can think of is that the newer versions probably make things a lot easier.

Don't thing there that big of a difference. I guess there are some improvements, but for making sigs not much. I used CS3 when I was a beginner and wasn't familiar with making sigs. Did you also hear about CS6?

I've heard rumbles of it, but I'm not going to bother looking at what it has to offer, unless I suddenly get a boat load of cash or something...

Really? That's pretty awesome, considering that you're definitely one of the best on here.

I got CS3 for free tho... I got 100% on my high school course, and my principal gave me it for free XD.

Really? I tried making one on GIMP, I tried for about 30 mins - and hours and I failed. I didn't really know how to do stuff.

My brother is good with photoshop though so hopefully he can teach me :P
