I can't fault them for going into more of the pop genre, cause that's where the money is. But damn to say I am disappointed would be a understatement. Their last good song was Don't Let Me Down, and even that became awful because of how overplayed it got. Everything since then has just been absolute trash. Pre-ordered it and finally just listening to it now. Definitely does have more of a pop radio vibe to it, but I don't hate it. Not loving it either though. Tre Mac Posted May 4, 2017 Share Posted May 4, 2017 I looked up a song I liked by Gaslamp Killer. Found a nice live set from the Boiler Room where he plays with a band called the Drumetrics(sp?). I thought this is kind of cool, kind of a mars volta vibe to it. Then he goes solo and it becomes a totally different show(and not for the better lol).
